1. General shipping information
If your goods are in stock (i.e. equipment) then for orders received by midday, we aim to get the delivery out to you on the same day. The delivery date will be dependent on your area (see below). We are unable to give you an exact time for delivery, though we will provide you with tracking information were possible.

For non-stock goods (i.e. clothing) then the delivery time is dependent on the brand. For standard products delivery to us is usually 5-7 working days and if customisation is required then we will work on getting your order despatched within 10 working days. For custom products then delivery can be up to 12 weeks depending on brand. We will advise you of this at the time of ordering.

From the 19^th January 2012 our website shipping options are being changed to provide a smoother process for overseas customers and to ensure correct payment is made for the carriage costs. The carriage price is now calculated taking into account the weight of the goods ordered and the location of the customer. In addition we have also introduced a new lower rate carriage charge for small packages under 1000g. 

2. UK & Northern Ireland

There are two services offered - Royal Mail registered post for packages under 1000 g, next day courier for deliveries over 1000g. Please note carriage charges can be refunded if the delivery is collected from one of our showrooms.  

3. Europe - Small Packages

These will be despatched via Royal Mail Airmail small package service and will take approximately 4 – 6 days to reach their destination. This service is signed for but is not trackable.

Countries: Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Rep of Ireland, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Turkey, Ukraine

Cost: 10 – 499g: £3.75; 500 – 999g: £6.50 

4. Rest of the World - Small Packages

These will be despatched via Royal Mail Airmail small package service and will take approximately 4 – 6 days to reach their destination. This service is signed for but is not trackable.

Counties: All other destinations not included above and including Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, China, Dominican Rep, Egypt, Fiji, Ghana, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Kenya, Lesotho, Mauritius, Namibia, New Zealand,Pakistan, Qatar, Russian Federation, Singapore, Thailand, USA, Venezuela, Zimbabwe.

Cost: 10 – 499g: £6.50; 500 – 999g: £12.10

4. International Large Packages

 These will be despatched using DHL Economy or Express service depending on the Zone. 

Cost: The matrix below uses the zones above and a weight ration based on generalised package sizes currently used. The fee charge includes fuel percentage and handling.

Weight is shown in grams and is for the top weight in that band i.e. a package weighing 4000 g (4 kg) to Zone 1 will cost £15.75 or to Zone 4 will be £24.49. 

5. Shipping Policies
5.1 We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please ensure that names are spelt correctly, postcode information supplied and any unusual locations highlight. 

5.2 Please ensure you are available for delivery to be made as the courier will often require a signature. If you decide to leave the premises or ask for the goods to be left in a specific location – this is at your own risk. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). 

5.3 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. 

5.4 We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery above but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
